Rooted Veterinary Consulting was founded on the belief that veterinary teams deserve more than just survival - they deserve to thrive.

After years working as a veterinarian and executive leader in a fast-growing veterinary organization, I saw firsthand how often culture, communication, and team well-being are treated as afterthoughts in the veterinary industry. I also saw the cost: burnout, turnover, disengagement, and misalignment that led to inefficiency, rising costs, and deep interpersonal strain.

I created Rooted to change that.

My background in veterinary medicine, operations, HR, and emotionally intelligent leadership gives me a unique lens on the challenges veterinary teams face. But more than credentials, I bring a deeply human approach to this work, one that honors the complexity of veterinary life while helping teams and individuals find clarity, structure, and renewed connection to purpose.

Through culture audits, HR and compliance consulting, leadership coaching, and grief-literate frameworks, I help veterinary organizations build workplaces that are as strong interpersonally as they are clinically.
